CANCELLATION POLICY

Vivid Smile Studio Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To keep scheduling fair and ensure availability for all clients, please review our cancellation policy before booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your booking deposit. No Shows Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their booking deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit before booking another appointment. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule to avoid affecting the next client’s appointment. If the appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, the original booking deposit may be forfeited. Booking Deposits All booking deposits are nonrefundable and are applied toward the total cost of your service when your appointment is completed. By booking an appointment with Vivid Smile Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
